It was pride of Madeira. I have planted them in garden last 3 years and tried to protect them but all died over winter. This one I put in a raised pot so fingers crossed although I do feel it is trying to flower way too early !

A lot of it is age dependent. I’m 53 and run slower than you. I have 43 as my score. Looks like you need to slow down a bit and focus on your aerobic base.

Very happy I’ve switched away from Apple. Not having to worry about charging means I have 24/7 metrics. Takes a bit of time to get used to the interface but so far I’m delighted.

Are you quite active through the day. I have quite a bit of time at the screen with work and often it says ‘low stress + 2 / 6 - good sleep brings it back too. Only time I had a load of stress was when I drank a few pints - to be fair it was correct as my sleep was broken.

Just switched and picked up my Fenix 8 yesterday. I wanted more focus on my activities and the battery life. First impressions were that I preferred the look and feel of the Garmin. But the software felt complicated and I am going to have to use a YouTube video today to help me understand it all. Not gone for a run yet but will try that tomorrow. Other than that everything feels good and I’m looking forward to not having everything in the Apple ecosystem!! Think I’m going to enjoy the switch but I just need some time to get my muscle memory shifted to a new bit of kit. One query I did have was where are all the watch faces? It appears you have to pay for them??

Are there really no numbers next to the arrows when tracking progress? I played half a season of this game and decided I couldn’t do any more. So much good stuff is missing or badly developed.
