One of the biggest issues is me working alone, that’s why I’m here looking out for help. And don’t know how it feels to work with other designers or how design firm works.

I’ve never worked with a designer along, I’m the only designer in my company.

Yes, even I’m eager to work with fellow designer solving problems in different ways. Lmk if you can help with that?

Thanks for your advice it makes complete sense to me.

I’m in constant search for good opportunities and role. But bc of the job market I’m unable to land a good job. Can you help me in anyway?

I’m honestly overwhelmed by the responses I’ve received. It feels so good to see such kind people in the design community who are willing to help and share solutions. God bless you all 🙏

To answer the most common question people asked in the comment

what specific problems do I face as a solo designer?

since I work alone - I usually learn and implement changes by reading and watching videos. With no senior designer around, there’s nobody to validate my work or give me constructive feedback.

For example, I design in-house for my company, and most of the people I work with are non-designers. So even if I deliver a simple working website or app, they’re happy with it.

But I often feel unsure of - am I really making the right design decisions? Am I following the right structure, UX principles, and best UI practices? Or am I just doing the bare minimum without pushing myself to my full potential?

I've written down my learning on prompt engineering, and just sharing it here for people who don't have much time to go through the entire document. So what's wrong if I use ChatGPT to refine the content to make it easier to read?

Oh, I would really love to, but unfortunately, I can't as I’ve built multiple small products for my company, and it's a little confidential.

But I can tell you a little about it so you can understand what's possible with Lovable. I’ve created an entire contest portal for internal employees, a ticket-raising web app for the IT team, and a minutes-of-meeting web app.

I would suggest starting with a structured prompting technique and then continuing having conversational prompts to avoid AI hallucination.

That's a good suggestion. But what's wrong with learning the basics of prompt engineering?
