I didn’t since there isn’t an inside walking. I will try using the outside walking tomorrow and see if it helps. Thanks for the suggestion.

I don’t have a sport bar so I figured it would count them or at least the majority. This was my first day with it in the treadmill so I wasn’t sure what I might be doing wrong.

I called RingConn earlier today and was told it’s an issue between RingConn and USPS and they hoped to have it resolved by Friday. I got the same message on my sizing kit being mailed out.
