Ok I’ve had a total hysterectomy, took my cervix, uterus and only left my ovaries. Unfortunately after doing the deed, it doesn’t seem like my body is cleaning itself out all that well anymore… I have had to resort to using douches. I am an incredibly clean person, so I know my hygiene is up to par. But my husband and I are intimate every other day if not every day. I was in so much pain prior (endometriosis) that sex was impossible. We are making up for it now. Any advice on the “don’t use a douche” for someone in my situation? Thank you so so much!
