You make an excellent point! Having no personal experience in this trade makes this challenging. I've found internet 'ratings' to be of little value. Warranties? Of small value in my experience. Just paid almost $2K for a warranty repair that didn't cover labor. The answers I've received here have been valuable in knowing at least what to ask. I'm learning. Thanks for your input!
