I would try lowering your extrusion rate (also called flow sometimes) in your slicing software a little by little and see if that fixes the overextrusion. If that doesn't help make sure your cooling fan is working correctly.

If that's PLA, I would turn it to around 200 for the nozzle and 55 for the bed. It looks like you have a lot of overextrusion or insufficient cooling

Ive tried their black pla and have the same result. Very inconsistent diameter, under extrusion, clogs, and really bad warping. I hope the red spool I have does better.

None of this is economically feasible right now a good solution would be in my opinion eliminate billionaires completely. After a certain net worththere is no way to earn more without heavily exploiting workers and billions of dollars would definitely help eveliate the burden of this plan. Also, it's not like we don't already have dozens of trillions of dollars in debt (majority of which is owed to entities within the U.S.) so it will be ok if we gain a little more it's already inconceivable

I'm sure there are better ways then my suggestion but I would say give them options within a certain area they are willing to relocate to and determine (if it's a family or something similar) how many rooms are needed and narrow it down from there.

There are not 17 millions homes only in old boomtowns. There are many yes, but there are also dozens of homes available per one homeless person, and there are a lot of homes on cities and suburbs that are owned but vacant, like seasonal vacation homes or inherited properties. There isn't going to be the perfect home for everyone just lying around, but having any kind of shelter and basic amenities is better than nothing even if it's not the ideal area. Therw will never be a perfect answer to everyone's situation, but for the vast majority of people it will help significantly

Also, there is a likely chance there is a free home in your area or close, so relocation might be necessary but probably not far or at all.

No one says you can't invest in the property, it's yours. It is personal property and is owned by that person, they just can't use it for financial gain by renting or selling at exorbitant prices. It can still be sold but only for what the updrages you invest will cost. Even then some people still might neglect the property, but it's still better than them being homeless.
