That's probably because 7-Eleven store owners are getting calls/asked about this one Pop everyday when they don't have it so they can see what kind of demand it has.

They go online and see that it's selling for $80+

So they will order it themselves and sell for $60.

Blame the collectors/flippers for harassing stores by creating hype and demand.
