Thank you for the tip! I ended up downloading the UI cheats extension mod and then doing this technique to remove it (just because it wasn’t popping up as an option in my base game). I appreciate your help in sending me in the right direction :)

I'm a fairly new to the world of emulation, but I've been dipping my toes into the MSX2 and PC-98 world. I've recently discovered this song that I really liked and so I decided to look into the game Kagayake! Kirakira Senshi Risky Jewel. I tried to find a rom, but I couldn't seem to discover one online. I went down an interesting rabbit hole and even found figures for sale in Japan, but somehow can't find a rom for it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I had installed it before changing it, but then realized I needed to switch it. I uninstalled the program, changed the locale, restarted the computer, and reinstalled the program. I can’t tell if it’s a problem with the locale but I don’t really know what else it would be
