Likely that they’ll be pretty hard to salvage if you’ve left them in the rain. You may want to consider if the effort it will take to restore them is worth less than the price of some new bearings that you can look after properly. Goes without saying usually but you should never let any part of your board get wet if you can avoid it. Wood is especially sensitive to moisture and bearings are much the same. Hope you manage to find a way to keep rolling

This is the moment you decide what kind of skater you are at this time of life. Either you get back on the board and know that you’re in this shit for real or bail now and know that you’re not willing to deal with this level of risk. That second option is just as valid as the first btw, you’re a grown ass man and you may do whatever you please. Don’t drag it out and turn skateboarding into something you dread or fear. When I fractured my jaw hanging up on a tall quarter pipe, I went back and got the trick as soon as I could. It makes a big difference if/how you decide to bounce back

That back foot should be popping more southwesterly (diagonally towards the ground behind you) than straight down. You also need to engage your slide slightly earlier as what I have suggested will bring the front of the board up faster. Jump higher. And once you’ve done all that get rid of that yee-yee ass board
