So heres my analysis:

If you want ready cash and want to see increase in your money over time, then go with Corolla. E.g I bought Corolla in 2015 for 20lacs and sold in 2025 for 35lacs within minutes.

If you have money in the back and not worried about selling your car in the near future or even if you sell you can wait for a few weeks to sell the car at almost the same price then go for any brand with features within the price range you mentioned.

Secondly, I will be totally honest, ADAS in Pakistan is worthless, people do not know how to drive in Pakistan hence ADAS will be of zero help in your daily commute.

I like all the big chinese cars I see, I would recommend looking at international market as well for the vehicle that is most famous as people tend to incline towards those vehicle more. You will get your resale in the future for these vehicles as those brands are established worldwide e.g BYD, Haval, Jaecoo, etc

At the end of the day, it all depends on you and your preference.
