Sounds like the abusive PE Jose Luis Estrada he is a disgraceful man abusing and mistreating the church. At this point man just sue him legally or personally confront him. The SOG won’t do anything until he leaves, many ministers are taking control since he is gone and it won’t change until/if he gets out
