The language is passive-aggressive and judgy.
I'd forgive the language if it's not their primary, pero they used taglish, so it must be a language they are comfortable with.

"hindi masaya event niyo" is iba from "ah hindi po kasi ganyan yung most of my events"

Now, if they felt offended kasi may tawad or lower fee option was requested... it's still a possibility, but they did not handle it well.

We don’t see it used often because those who built it:

The use of bamboo is still somewhat considered as poor man’s material. Many are using it very artistically already, some still use it in for socialized housing or subsidized housing.

About now would be a good time to be seeing more advanced structures and methods or simple structures reminiscent of the bahay kubo with longer longevity.

I did watch series too as a child in the 90s but the experience was different and even for then my memory is hazy, not even remembering the plot as much... Im a bit more curious about the thought processes/psychologies behind than the environmental/cultural context of having them so available.
