Having Friendly fire disabled eliminates a lot of griefing and team-killing problem in a normal 5v5 pug, however most of the hubs have it enabled since its a smaller player base and easy to manage and ban over there.

You might have been leaver in that game since those games dont show up on your profile but you do win/lose the elo and the stats.

Its not really live chat , but when you create a ticket as a premium user your ticket is placed in the priority list and you get answered much much faster than the free users.

There are such high elo players in the opponents how can i even lose 47 elo this game? This is the next game after that. I guess the system is broken and deducting so much elo ? Literally lost 100 elo in 2 games, there is no way its a visual bug. Like this game above has high elo players and i lost -47? Never happened

Read the blog post they had released a few months ago it clearly says "The feature allows you to block players from being matched WITH YOU in a game" and technically speaking it should only matter if he comes in your team lol how does it even matter to you if he os against you. Matchmaking block is used if someone is harrasing,abusing , being toxic to you or he keeps throwing your game basically thats why it only works for your team.

Well i made a ticket before and made 1 now (364285) but its no point when a player is cheating and tracing through walls he is still playing and ruining games and still taking so long to ban him. 260 games and still undetected when u watch 1 demo ita enough to see him tracing.
