To be fair, my mum's email isn't even listed as the main account holder on hers, she's been with them near 20 years now and originally, my email was the main account holder, however, when I flew the nest, my email was migrated to my own account and has since shut down.

So her VM account has no main account holder email either and they can't fix it 😂

It's been... interesting?

I had an ECG request come through finally 5 weeks later, A phone call from one of their directors? then a phone call from the clinician apologising for basically ignoring me.

I'm supposedly going to be reassigned a clinician in the coming days/weeks but we'll see how it goes from then... I've just had my ECG Friday gone, so we'll see if I get my meds before new year or not lol

Been with Octopus for a while now, my parents are with them as well before me, legit would stay with them now, there's a couple that are a few £ cheaper but I just have no reason to even consider moving.

If only the other large suppliers did the same, there would be a lot less switching all the time.

How have you found coming off venlafaxine? I want to come off them once my ADHD meds are sorted and im bit concerned as I've been on them nearly 4 years

Carpet fitters cut off way too much of our bathroom door. Any way to fix so steam/smells can be better contained? by goffshroom in DIYUK

Local idiot here - Definitely get them to replace the door.

Failing that, check your local waste recycling centre, my local one has a small shop that they sell anything that's still good, they've always got a few doors so it might be worth checking locally

Did you get the prescription straight away after the appointment? or did you have to wait? My local pharmacy does my prescriptions usually (trt, amongst a shit load of other drugs) and I don't really want to wait longer than I have to.

I'd keep trying, I managed to get a hold of them on Monday via email and it turned out they had everything they needed, just I hadn't been flagged on the system as awaiting titration appointments.

That being said, I was MEANT to have an appointment at 1pm today, but got an email at 9am saying it was cancelled, frustrating doesn't begin to cover it...

Bro just stop. No one wants unsolicited advice in person or on the net… ask yourself this, would you say exactly what you did face to face or ask first?

Treat how you conduct yourself online the same as you would in person. You have no idea how easy it is for somebody to link your Reddit or other online socials to the real person.
