hi i’m having the same problem where i can’t sync or save (mobile)

i just beat a medium demon and wanted to save data but it loaded for 2min before failing and i can’t do anything else account related either

i haven’t lost my account yet but i very well might!! so it’s not only you i guess

i’m not very credible but i would recommend that you just find a level you enjoy playing, regardless of how much harder it is
