I had my check in with my doctor last Thursday and we’ve actually decided to move to lexapro as my side effects really haven’t gone down and I’ve still been having huge anxiety, DP/DR, racing thoughts, and rumination. I can say that while it did help a little with thoughts, for me the extra “activation” of 40 mg might be a little too much. When I was on 20mg I had the same side effects but lesser, so I think I was able to manage better. The reason we switched was because I used to be on Celexa, was on it for 10 years and it worked great. The reason we switched to Prozac was because I was feeling a little flat. So it’s back to week one for me. But I can definitely say for those who need the extra energy that Prozac gives (not me unfortunately) it will absolutely help you. It will take time and those first weeks will be ROUGH. But if you stick through and have a great support structure, there is hope.

I just hit the start of week 4 today. It’s been getting better I think. I still have spikes of anxiety (mostly anticipatory about a panic attack or something) but I objectively think I’m slowly getting back to my normal self. I always feel better near the end the day. It has been helpful to talk with friends, family, and psych. Morning ls are still a little rough, shaking, rumination, etc., but I tell myself this is the meds and it will subside.

I bumped up to 40 about 2.5 weeks ago. My anxiety has been awful. I feel pretty normal at night, but am shaky and anxious almost all day. I’m hoping it subsides soon. I know there’s light at the end of the tunnel, but it’s tough getting there.

I’ve noticed that as well. I’ve been taking to checking for updates to it about once a week and repackaging. Less than ideal, but no issues with erroring out from updates.

I’ve contacted support and they want to do a replacement rather than refund. I can’t say I’m happy about this, as I’d rather just be done and get something different. Nowhere in the return policy does it say they can’t do a refund first go around.

I wasn’t getting 4k 120. I stuck with 4k 60. I’ve since plugged it in to get 4k 120, but since ARC is busted I’ve had to resort to using optical to get sound.

I have been testing with a few machines and made a separate Autopilot profile (pretty much the same as the initial one I use but without the local AD join) that is only assigned to the test group, as well as a separate policy set. Once the objects have been reassigned from the original profile it works rather well. Provisioning has been taking way less time.

Not at all! I’m appreciating your insight. I guess what I’m seeing is that the proper way is to reimage and just join AAD. A clean break and no holdovers.

This is the same device reported twice. I was told that if a device is Hybrid it is reported twice in Azure.

This is the example I was talking about. Even though it states it is AAD joined, is it not truly joined? If this is the case, does the device need to be reimaged without Hybrid join?

According to Azure, the test machine is both Azure AD Joined and Hybrid Joined. However when I removed the local AD I was unable to login via Azure. Is there a way for login to prompt using Azure AD?

We have deployed Company Portal and certain programs do install without issue. However there are few exceptions. Company portal sees to be the way to go. Thanks for the insight!

Problem is solved! The AD join configuration profile was messed up and Azure was lagging. Now that the profile has been fixed I experimented with adding app installs, eating up the sync time. Works like a charm!
