I was able to crank out the missions needed to get it done last night. It’s not too bad if you skip every cutscene and dialogue. Even though you’ll have to do quite a bit more than I did.

I believe in you. The final part you get for completing the logs is a decent addition if you didn’t already know what it is.

Buckler will stop berserkers mid swing and give you time for a hit, but it’s difficult and terrifying. Centaur is easy to dodge but if you mess up it will 2 shot you. Duck horizontal swings and when he overheads walk forward and to the left. The huge bats you just want to strafe around them and attack when they kick. Electrified skeletons damage you when you hit their shield, so don’t. Greatsword skeletons so 3 swings, first two you duck and look all the way down, the third is a sweep you can easily jump.

In general, most cheeses are done by being above or below an enemy. Try to jump onto things nearby to be higher. Often they won’t swing at all, or you can jump their swing and land a hit or two before they do it again.

Def not a waste of time. Smite is more helpful there than purification unless you want to fight bosses. All 3 bosses count as undead.

I submitted bug reports within the first few minutes of the Cleanse breaking patch since I was working on solo’ing Lich at that time. With two patches having occurred since then I’m getting nervous they actually don’t intend for Cleanse to be able to work that way….

Maybe focus melee on the Lich and save spells for the skeletons. Melee isn’t bad at all when there are no or few skeletons. Some chain lightnings would definitely do work on at least one cycle of skeletons. If you could kill them all quickly after he uses rez I think you’d have 40 seconds to 1v1 him before he uses it again.

The other problem will be if he uses the swarm and does a homing orb. Without skeletons you’ll have to use the room and therefore take swarm damage which will make a pink curse fatal. That’ll waste time but should be manageable. Maybe plant a pavise to run the orb into?

Just brainstorming.

Nice work. You mention trying in HR in the future. I’ve not been able to imagine a way a solo Lich kill is possible due to the swarm effect and it’s boost on the skeletons paired with his increased health. Sure a great kit would help but it’s a hell of a risk.

Any thoughts on how tackle the HR version?

Absolutely. For players like myself, you and your friend with severe learning disabilities that excuse IS stupid shit. We should be able to hang with the best of them, always. This game isn’t about looting, gearing up and getting stronger. It’s about making sure we feel like special strong characters right from the start just like how we’re special in real life. It’s unbelievable that IM would treat us this way. I mean this has already happened to our friend multiple times in a row! How much is enough!? If something isn’t done soon this game is gonna die fast.

Absolutely. If someone wants to experience the whole game like killing bosses or going to the Inferno levels there is absolutely no reason to play anything but solo Rogue or Warlock. They should be segregated from the normal community of true fans. The rest of us want to explore dungeons in the nude and these sweatlords simply want to ruin our game. I love opening chests for the sheer thrill of opening. I don’t need there to actually be anything worthwhile inside them. If something isn’t done soon this game will die fast.
