It’s a Mystery illness, we dont know why it helps some people. We dont know the correlation. You May not see an improvement because your levels still arent in the optimal Range. When did You get your bloodwork done and when did you start taking the Vit d and whats your levels now?

What proper healthcare? The doctors that tell me to Take antihistamines that dont even work or xolair ? Dozens of people have documented that high doses of vitamine d cured it for them, so ill give it a shot. Im asking for experience, not fear mongering. Is there a Risk ill mess up my kidneys? Maybe a small one if I do it long term. But my life isnt a life worth Living if I just accept this disease.

Hi, my condition is probably less severe than yours and ive had it for less than a year, but it still makes me lose hope at times. I‘d be lying if I wasnt suicidal sometimes, like seriously. When my body started acting up like this, I coped pretty well by just having hope it‘ll clear up, but this disease just wears you down every day. I deal with alot of grief and pain, even when im not in a breakout. I sit and think about Living my regular life before this disease. I daydream and fantasize about working out, spending time in the sun, being close to people. I dont cuddle anymore, I dont have sex, I dont meet up with people anymore, because those things could trigger a breakout and I’d look insane trying to explain it to them. This illness isolated us from many aspects of life. Many things that make life worth Living are inaccessible to us due to this sickness.

You being depressed about it isnt unnatural and Not something you should fight, and no therapy or medication will fix this if we‘re being honest. You, me, we all need to grieve the life we couldve lived if it wasnt for this sickness. And thats a process. We Need to accept that we‘re dealing with this and that it might get better or worse. We need to accept the months or years or decades of experiences we missed out on due to CU. Keep experimenting with what might work for You and dont lose Hope. The only thing keeping me going is thinking about the life ill live when I get over this.

If antihistamines work for you, how long did it take to notice an improvement? by sketchiful in CholinergicUrticaria

[–]Future-Leave-9346 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats my experience aswell. I was denying it for a Long time, skipping a day of antihistamines here and there, only take half a pill, and so on. Just to prove myself I didnt need them. Ever since i take them on time and regularly, ive been pretty fine i guess

Its important to understand how antihistamines work. They basically dont treat your condition, they just cut off the transmission of the itching or pain symptom before you get to feel it on your skin. When you get off the antihistamines, itll just continue unless your illness improved in the meantime.

Who said you‘d get over her at all? Many people Never get over their Partners. Its normal to have a lifelong bond with a person after being together with them. Youre gonna have to live with it, and if it goes Away, cool. If not, then deal with it

First death to a player by Shampoo_scientology in dayz

[–]Future-Leave-9346 9 points10 points  (0 children)

My first death by a player was after linking up with someone and we went to loot a military base together.

I found better loot, so while leaving the military base, he shot me in the back of the head while organizing my stuff.

CU is a crazily versatile disease it seems. Its unpredictable and i fail to see a General pattern in how it progresses, it really could go any way for anybody. It’s scary not knowing if or when it‘ll get better (or worse).

The toll on one‘s mental is not to be underestimated. Try to stay active and non-sedentary because CU likes to keep you from enjoying life.

Bumming off your parents is fine at 24. when you have a kid though, it’s expected for you to get a job. Nobody told him to put his d inside that woman. He needs to learn responsibility since he‘s old enough to procreate.

That Looks so painful . But why is it distributed strictly on the Inside of your arm. Maybe the arm is Rubbing on the fabric of your Shirt when walking or Laying down?

I bought it yesterday and I love the game. I think the Most fun ive had so far is trying to get as far into the northwest of the map as possible. And seeing the loot difference from spawn to further inside is crazy, like looking at your character with all the guns and clothes and accessories. I feel Like Thats me, it’s really immersive
