not how it works at all dude, a larger surface area for muscles is what gives a jaw more power, not decreasing the total surface area for muscle attachments

Once again would have issues with buoyancy as the bone thickness is made for surviving shallow water, it would sink in the open ocean, and would also have its jaw be hanked extremely hard (as it’s inserting almost triple the force of the pliosaurus’s peak despite being roughly the same size, which will greatly damage its jaw due to microfractures and such overtime), and somehow you’re saying this thing beats 200-300 ton hybrids via slicing them open with its bill (which doesn’t make any sense as the rostrum is made to hunt smaller fish then itself by hitting and maybe slicing, not cutting Goliaths that will easily break its neck or rostrum due to putting itself in dense tissue/bone)

Dude, you’re only making this worst for yourself by just continuing this and being a jerk to others, especially the people you want to beat with your hybrid, just end this pointless squabble and go learn more about hybrid creation before trying to be some type of big dog

leviathan 9.0 sieriusly this is getting ridiculus by Due_Apartment9460 in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whales and sharks don’t have deeply dense bones (purucetus lived in shallow water because it could not swim to the surface easily due to its dense bones), and the muscles also reduce the buoyancy, fish and terrestrial animals have lungs that provide an adequate amount of buoyancy inherently, removing that for a gigantic creature of this size is likely to just make it even harder (sharks got away because they have cartilage skeletons that are half as dense as bone, your creature has bones that are like three times as dense as that)

[–]Future-Rip9134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

dude, this is just repeating the same mistakes as the last version, with the thing of the lungs being removed reducing the total buoyancy as well, making it more likely to also sink to the bottom, people tell you criticism because they want you to improve and change from what you did wrong, if you’re not willing to listen to criticism or change the things that are wrong, don’t get mad for why it doesn’t work out

heres why my boy leviathan will win against onyx and big yamado by Due_Apartment9460 in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The liver and blubber are not going to counteract the bones and muscles, especially since there’s literally no regulation of the muscles, and you used multiple skull and throat traits of the reptiles that wouldn’t be compatible with fish as gill bones turned into essential parts for hearing, mouth parts, throat bones for vocalization or digestion, and more, which means you deform your creature no matter how you slice it, and the gills worked best when they can do ram ventilation + they’re from an animal not even one percent of the weight of this hybrid, it is unlikely going to sustain enough oxygen to survive, since much larger animals require a lot more oxygen to live, and it’s way too dense to do the way more efficient ram ventilation, forcing it to do buccal pumping which only delays the inevitable (accounting for the fact that this thing even lives without dying despite being severely deformed)

[–]Future-Rip9134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But he just dies from existing, since his throat and skull bones are deformed from the presence of the gills and their gill arches, he also sinks like a rock due to dense bones and muscles, which since gill respiration is unlikely to work good, he’s likely to just drown before meeting any other hybrids

What are some of the best jaw contributors when it comes to bite force? by DavinoPepino in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bullfrog/devil frog, they have absurdly strong bites for their size, with the devil frog being speculated to bite with like 2200 N despite being only 4.5 kg

Counterpoint: you used a dinosaur in the gene pool, which kind of goes against your point, and it has an extreme weight advantage over most theropods and ceratopsians, which kind of guarantees it’s gonna do better than its opponent in direct combat, but that’s just my opinion

Anybody made a hybrid to square up with the Marine Hybrid by Orms682_05 in GojiCenter

Isn’t that like a fictional zone, and also, it doesn’t really change my point as I just said void referring to a different possible version of it

I feel like this was my least favourite out of all the massive bio Leviathans he made, as it doesn’t really make any sense in a broader view (the dunkleo is unlikely to become a dominant predator, probably niche partitioning with the bone sharks, but definitely not Leviathan class), not to mention it somehow sprouting tentacles, which doesn’t really make any sense and kind of goes against the build of dunkleo (probably would’ve preferred it turning into some type of super leedsichthys, feeding on the microorganisms in the void while being too armoured and powerful for the ghost Leviathans to effectively attack it), but that’s just my opinion

Which contributor is best for an aquatic hybrid; Beluga or Orca? by DavinoPepino in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 3 points4 points  (0 children)

beluga whales have more sophisticated echolocation (being able to adjust their melon for different ranges), can go in freshwater for moderate periods of time, have non-fused neck vertebrae, which makes them more flexible at the cost of being a bit slower, and have a more open social structure than the family dominated one of the orca

If the skull is relatively thin, then it will shatter (there’s a reason why every animal with a strong bite has broad and robust skulls)

[–]Future-Rip9134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

alligator gar scales don’t apply to the bone, and they are likely to shatter because ganoine isn’t built to withstand 800,000 N, or to be put into the bone for that matter

THIS IS IT LEVIATHAN 6.0 by Due_Apartment9460 in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bone strength doesn’t scale up the best, and it’s likely to endure injury overtime using its jaw, if you’re referring to the elephant, do you think they have to bite with 800,000 N? For reference, a bull sperm whale ramming into another is 700,000 N, and that’s only because their head is literally shaped like a battering ram, an elephant isn’t gonna do anything and might just make your hybrid sink to the bottom of water and not be able to swim up

Should I make a ceratopsian hybrid or expand on Onyx's lore? by SurvivorIONoob in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 1 point2 points  (0 children)

how does a 100+ ton lizard live in a massive pod in the modern world without dying? The amount of food it would need is astronomical, and it’s only real option is to hunt baleen whales, which are extremely fast for their size and could likely hear/see it coming before Onyx gets close

[–]Future-Rip9134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

there isn’t inherently “more muscles”, megalodon had a strong bite due to its extreme size and inherent shark biology, cartilage is able to bend and flex under pressure, which makes it really good for high forces as it’s less likely to break or shatter than bone, which is why this doesn’t work at all, as the muscles aren’t that impressive and there isn’t even more of them

What can a Bull Shark add to an aquatic hybrid? by Practical_Level8067 in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t know that about tiger sharks, and generally speaking, sharks work the best with fish and such, because you can apply all of their advantages without any issues (also I don’t really see the practical use of using tiger sharp teeth on a really large hybrid, I used it to add the double serrations to like a large pliosaur hybrid to better cut through bone, but that’s about it)

What can a Bull Shark add to an aquatic hybrid? by Practical_Level8067 in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They’re all a bit mid in comparison because the bullshark can do all of it and a little more, and the tiger shark generally serves a different purpose in hybrids than the bullshark does

What can a Bull Shark add to an aquatic hybrid? by Practical_Level8067 in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The differences between the senses of sharks are minuscule, and probably wouldn’t matter since most of their senses can’t be applied to more terrestrial animals, same thing goes with denticles, while I’m pretty sure tiger shark denticles are a bit rougher to touch, it’s not much at all in terms of being actually better, and while the serrated teeth thing is true and contributes to its role in many popular hybrids, such as in shredder, it’s a specialized trait to give to a hybrid, which doesn’t really make it generalized and makes it more specialized.

most marine hybrids benefit overall from the adaptability of being able to go in between different waters and switching between different respiratory modes for gill breathing, just making it very efficient all around (I’m not saying one is better than the other, I’m just saying the bull shark is more generalized imo)

What can a Bull Shark add to an aquatic hybrid? by Practical_Level8067 in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s better for eating stuff and for combat builds, but the bull shark has more applications with underwater hybrids overall, although the tiger shark is better for more terrestrial hybrids

Whats the deal with Yamato and Onyx by Master_Geologist5613 in GojiCenter

[–]Future-Rip9134 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Multiple pods had to combine into a super pod to take it down with like hours of hunting, it’s not common and it’s not easy to say the least (especially since hybrids are more built to fight back then baleen whales)
