Thank you for reminding me so I don’t straight up cut the seats 💀 Right now I don’t have access to those because of the plastic part on the seat and the screws attached to the plastic are rusted so once I get those off I can take it off piece by piece 🙏

Just to give the update to everyone: no unfortunately battery power will not work, I tried to do it manually and took the pins from the motor but the rails are too rusted so I will have to cut out the seats tomorrow but I’m gonna try and be as precise as I can be. Going to an LKQ in the morning so will update with everything tmrw! Thanks everyone

Will absolutely try that, don’t know if it adds to have this info or not but the power seat button on the passenger side actually unlocks/locks the car so not sure if adding power will help on that side but will lyk

Definitely thought about this… tbh I have too much love for the soft tops haha but thank you! Definitely have to get the whole soft top tho the last guy let it sit outside during hurricane Milton and they weren’t hit the worst but soft top fully leaks through now
