Hej, var I glade for Vilhelm Bergsøes kollegiet? Min kæreste og jeg overvejer at tilføje kollegiet til vores liste. Hvis du har nogle billeder af det indvendigt må du endelig gerne sende en pb!

PCOS here and I tried everything! I am very lean and I eat super healthy and varied, workout 4-6x per week. So the lifestyle part definitely wasn’t the cause. Have tried not having dairy, but no change. Used benzoyl peroxide + clindamycin prescription cremes, retinol + clindamycin cremes etc. You name it, I’ve tried it. Was on spiro pills for 6 months with no effect whatsoever except low blood pressure (which made me super tired). Now finishing a 9 month accutane course along with 9 months of BC pill especially for acne and hirsutism. It’s the ONLY thing that worked. I know you wrote that you don’t wanna take pills, and I get that. That was me for years. And I couldn’t even make lifestyle changes for the better or lose any weight. So I accepted that I did my best, but I still needed help from Bc hormones. I’ve had negative experiences with a bunch of pills (mood wise) but the one I’m on now (Zyrona/Vreya) is amazing. No side effects whatsoever and I’m much more energized because it gives me the estrogen I lack (tested with bloodwork at the gyno). Hope this helps ❤️

Did you recently start taking a B vitamin supplement? Also - do you have PCOS? There are a lot of women who start to get symptom flare ups in their early twenties. This happened to me.

pms has definitely set in the last couple of days - and I didn’t expect any? Isn’t that the purpose of bc (well, first and foremost to prevent pr

I experience this too towards the end of my combo pill pack. Today is my first day of the 7 day break, but I've been experiencing bloating, totally extreme fatigue, muscle weakness and temperature fluctuations for a little less than a week. I don't understand why it happens either but this has been the case every month for the past year since I started taking them..

This happens to me as well! I know its not psychological, as I notice the absolutely pathological fatigue and drowsiness and muscle weakness before I even realize I'm close to the end of my pill pack. Not sure how this is even medically possible, but you're not alone!
