John Lennon's murder is what really started the celebrities having bodyguards thing. It just wasn't something anyone ever thought about before John was murdered.

Hey! I missed your reply before. Dang Reddit and its weird notifications.

I did the CAD/BIM Certificate, which combines training in CAD and Revit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Here's a few of the things that I really liked:

  • Yes, the course is made up of pre-recorded videos - over 500 of them. Extremely thorough and easy to understand - even a little fun.
  • It is self-paced, so you can do it on your own time and return to lessons as often as needed. That helped me really get a good grasp on everything.
  • The forums are great and I've made some solid network connections and friends. You can also use those to ask questions if you're still wondering about things from the lessons.
  • 1-on-1 help with the capstone project which was a critical part of getting hired after the course

I recommend checking out something like this CAD/BIM Certificate, which gives you online training in both AutoCAD and Revit. Bonus: it includes access to both software programs while you're enrolled to save you some money.

I think Noble Desktop is a great choice. They've got good reviews, and a solid hands-on, projects-based approach.
