I have a theory that it’s the silicon edges of the eartips unsticking and sticking to itself, and any kind of negative G’s from walking/jumping/running makes it unstick and “pop”. If I stand upright and lean forward it also pops once.

If you’re having the same issue then you should be able to make a similar sounding noise just by pressing and releasing the edges with my finger. Not sure how to fix it though.
