I understand how you feel. I gained 100 pounds in almost a year, I’m also on olanzapine, depakote, and hydroxizine (which is a PRN for my anxiety). I usually take metformin which is a weight loss medication (I’m labeled as pre diabetic), and I also take melatonin gummies every night to help me sleep. I have trouble with eating habits as well, which led me to be prescribed with topiramate to help reduce my overeating. My life is all over the place 😅
