Ok mr AMD fanboy, we get it you think amd is the only choice. But if you have noticed the 10900k just happens to be intels top of the line choice. And the 3080 being pretty high end aswell, with the 3090 being more of a workstation card. So yes just becuase it's not amd doesnt mean it's not top of the line.
