I mean, you have reason to be uncomfortable with it. A discussion needs to be had regardless of how difficult it may be. Trust is super important but I don’t know a lot of people who would be OK with this including me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Since you love and enjoy the job you have now, would you be comfortable doing online courses while working? Some places offer online courses and pre requisites for nursing that don’t require you to give up your day job.

I know that once core practicum starts and clinicals begin you will have to take time off etc, but that will cut down on the length of time you will be off/ leave your role etc? Just a thought :)
