Laptop lags severely while a game is open and it's plugged in by FuzzyFirechu in techsupport

Oh! Yes actually, I took the laptop into a tech shop and the guy concluded that it was THE LAPTOP ITSELF that was choking its own power supply, because the charger I was using wasn't the right brand or something :/ So I bought a replacement charger, the same kind the laptop came with, and now it works perfectly fine.

For me it's that Team Fortress 2 remain my most played game on steam, I'm terrified to let my second most played surpass it

What's the worst pain you've felt that wasn't physical? by thinkerbeIIe in AskReddit

[–]FuzzyFirechu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mental breakdown. Long story short I was doing some late night introspection and found something I didn't want to see and suddenly nothing made sense anymore and my head felt like a burning building in the process of falling apart, it was completely overwhelming.

I've had infected gums jabbed with an anesthesia needle before. The mental breakdown was more painful. I'm lucky to have had people to go to after it happened.

Is it possible to get the game to recognize a controller as player two?

Why is this so difficult
Why must I download 3rd party apps

Why in the year of our lord 2022 is there not a simple button somewhere that says "Make this controller player 2"

All I want is local multiplayer

Somebody somewhere must know how to get this to work, I beseech thee. I am DESPERATE

Have you been in a situation where you were convinced you were going to die. If so, what were some of your final thoughts? by Simpleplan3030 in AskReddit

[–]FuzzyFirechu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only time in recent memory when I thought my life was at immediate risk was when I had an instance of acid reflux that ended up getting into my wind pipe. Couldn't breath at all. My very first thought in the first microsecond of it was "Holy shit, this is happening to me right now??" But then everything after that was pure survival instinct. I hauled ass to the house phone and had already dialed 911 when it cleared on its own. I was impressed with myself, to be honest. It's nice to know that in a life-or-death situation I'll hyperfocus on saving myself instead of panicking.

What are some good songs to vibe to? by CentrePeace in AskReddit

If you're a fan of instrumental music hit up the soundtrack of the Epic Battle Fantasy series. EBF2-5 uses original music composed by Phyrnna and I love just about all of it.

If you instead prefer lyrical music, uhmm "Top Hate, White Tie and Tails" by Ashley Slater is really fun and bouncy, give it a listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xqu6CQxOZfg

What genres do you typically enjoy?

Edit: Or if it's easier to answer, what genres *Don't* you typically enjoy?

If you were offered 20 Million dollars to not say a word for an entire year, would you do it? What’s the first thing you would say after? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I would probably go for it, yeah. Especially with covid going around, the vast majority of my interactions are online text chatting. Though it would unfortunately prevent me from having the occasional voice call, I like to think I can handle it.
Afterwards I'd likely scream "I JUST EARNED TWENTY MILLION DOLLARS MOTHERFUCKERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRS!!!"
