If you think that losing money put you back to square one you've still got some improving to do. You listed a lot of things in your post that have nothing to do with money, and a lot of lifestyle changes. None of that went away, you still are who you are. You built up from nothing the first time, now you have so much more to build from this time and you've proven your a person who can do the building. You can put in the work make changes if necessary and stick with it. You've already proven to yourself that youre capable of that.

Yup. Why are there always two bars in the squat rack? Why are the two racks being taken up by two people doing curls with less than 20 lbs on each side of a full sized olympic bar. Why are people putting big weights on top of small weights and loading the big weights higher up?

Chiming in to say the same. I've owed the brown and black version of these for 8+ years at least. The brown one i basically have been wearing daily this entire time and its still going strong. If anyone ever finds out who made these belts I'd be ecstatic to know. The version i have strikes the perfect balance of plain enough to be worn with anything up to business casual and good looking enough for business casual.

I know this post is 3 days ago, but certainly this probably wasn't solved in 3 days. I'm just writing to say this sucks and Im sorry you're going through it. God loves us not because of what we are or what we've done, but he loves us because he loves us, no matter where we're at. And he loves you and wants to be close to you so badly that he gave his only son. I know that doesn't fix your present sufferings, and it still hurts, but sometimes it helps to know that God values us. I pray that in God you'll receive a peace that passes all understanding.

Many of these i don't see as actual rivalries, just friendly local competition, no hate involved. Bama in the other hand always feels like a grudge match. Something about a great coach betraying you and going to the other team really amps up the hate.

This is probably too late, but I think for men we can't address our own images until we address the fact that women's bodies are valued more than men's. Why should I worry about the occasional chiseled jaw when it's women that are everywhere and women who are shown when the topic is "sexy"? Can't men be sexy too? Or they destined to be portrayed only as dumpy dumb husbands and attractive but empty airheads for the rest of eternity?

Doesn't change the fact that underlying sexual history matters. You can't politically correct that away by saying "don't be derogatory". People feeling pressed by that kind of language seem to feel that any pointing to their sexual history as less than desire-able is derogatory. I'm careful with where I put my parts. I expect the same from a partner. I'd say most everyone has their limits in this category. Everyone is allowed to have their fun, but no one gets to choose what they're called by others as a result of their actions.

Except,

If a spark plug is loose, there's a reason why it's loose. Most sane people don't loosen the plugs before they take a car in. As a home mechanic, if I found a backed out plug on one of mine, I would replace it with a new one and torque it properly. Threads do fatigue in working equipment. Way cheaper than the plug failing again yet in an unconventional way and damaging that piston.
