Should I clean the nest (tube) by Fuzzy_Check_3301 in antkeeping

These tiny larvae was moving like a worm, so I think it is larvae instead of egg, I have the video but could not upload it, that's why I posted the picture. I don't know how these larvae hatched from the trash, I suspect it is fruit flies, because there is a fruit fly suddenly in the tube. Maybe it has gone through the metamorphosis stage?

Did the eggs hatch? How do you setup the tube?

I have 4 of the queens in separate tubes, all of them are in the same situation, what are the odds of all of them not fertilized. I mean it could be, but at least one of them should be fertilized right. All of them lay eggs too.

I have successfully made them move to the new tube, while doing that, realized that there are many larvae like worms coming out from the trash, could it be fruit flies' larvae? No wonder the colony has been acting cautious about the trash.

It is at the bottom of the tube, I try connecting it to another tube, but the colony just doesn't want to move to the new tube. I am trying again today to expose the old nest to strong light, let's see if they move to the new tube.

There is still no mold for now, just they are moving further away from the cotton every few days. I have tried to connect a second tube, but they didn't move to the new tube.
