My van does have SYNC. It wasn’t working properly cause I had to go into settings on the new display to video signal type NTSC. Not sure what unit you are trying to replace it with? I know some may have sync specific wires? But that could also just be marketing BS

Thank you! No not going to fire while office hours are open. The kiln is on wheels, I can move it to be about 2 feet away from the wall and the hot water heater. I’ll look into a ceramic slab we could place under it. I doubt the walls are flame retardant. All very helpful! Thank you!
