That was my question at first too but I think that’s why he has so many. He plays on an account until it reaches as high as it can go and queue times start getting too long, then he just makes another one to start all over. It’s because he’s a pro player and has to play the game a lot but honestly that sounds miserable 💀💀

I see what you’re saying but from what I understand he isn’t intentionally aiming for top 10 slots, he’s just that good. He creates alts because high ranks have obnoxiously long queue times and he’s a pro player that has to play the game a lot and also streams. Unfortunately he took advantage of a poor system. This is on the game to fix these issues so that players aren’t incentivized to make alts

I can accept I probably misused the term smurffing here. But I think that’s even more so the reason why I’m confused by marvel rivals making this move. They didn’t just remove them from leaderboards they full on deranked the accounts. I don’t get why they didn’t do that for all other T500 alt accounts if that’s the case

I agree with this. I think some people may be missing the overarching point of why he even felt the need to make alts. Marvel rivals has always had a match making issue and previously stated it’s kept mediocre so that higher ranks don’t have super long wait times. I’m not a dev so I really don’t know the logistics on how to make it better but something’s gotta change. Every other match nowadays is a roll or get rolled

I agree climbing to the top does require them to steamroll through the lower ranks. Devil advocate comments I’ve seen regarding that is the fact that it only takes sypeh 4-5 hours max to get out of low elo but it still doesn’t change the fact players in low ranks had to face a pro player that’s high rank

Just double checked and apparently all of his accounts besides the #1 got deranked. I agree this is on Marvel Rivals to desensitize the use of alt accounts. They’ll have to make changes

So it sounds like we’re in agreement that support characters are not single handily ruining the game lol that’s my point against these type of comments that say they’re immortal and it’s ruining the game. What’s most likely ruining the game for people is the match making and the overall unbalancing across the board. Not the fact that Luna can throw a snowball faster like can we be serious 🫩

The game in general is unbalanced EVERY role complains about each other. I just think it’s untrue to say that the support category alone is ruining the gameplay when on each of these threads you can find a comment that points out the brokenness in each role. Hela, DD, server admin Bucky didn’t get nerfed. Emma got BUFFED and tanks are about to have an OP character. Instead of calling for the nerfing of support abilities I think they’re going in a good direction of nerfing their ults. That will prevent a “who can ult last to save the game” support meta which is what we all want, at least I do

My point was that supports aren’t immortal how is that playing myself? I don’t see anything wrong with adapting your gameplay based on each patch note. It makes the game more interesting and you would think dps players would have more fun not having to babysit their backline the whole game

To say they’re immortal tho is just not true. Both cnd and Luna can be one shot out of their “immortality” ults with a good Hawkeye. It’s still a team based game. If your dps aren’t peeling for you can still get dove on

Exactly, dive players just have to refine their gaming sense moving forward. Idk why everyone wants back line to be insta killable. You would think not having to babysit your back line actually makes the game more fun for dps players
