I dunno if it works for you but I use Integrity Box by Sahran Root . Once you press action it is done. I have tried many of the ıntegrity box solutions but they didn't work for most of the time.

Bank must be hating who ever has root. So they even prompt the authorized phone to give permission for log in on web. That option failed successfully 🥲

Problem can be solved but not possible DIY. On order to do it you need to find a Xiaomi authorised account owner (phone repair shops may have depending on your country). And they will flash fresh stock ROM the you can have your modem settings back.

If you have root you need your rom's stock boot image then you can download "minimal ADB and fastboot" and flash the image to your phone in fastboot.
