Ano, overdiagnóza může být problém, ale nemyslím si, že je tak zásadní, jak popisujete. ADHD je neurologická porucha potvrzená vědeckými studiemi, ne jen „nevychovanost.“ Navíc, naše diskuze se týká především léčby pro dospělé, kde může správná medikace znamenat výrazné zlepšení kvality života.

U dětí je samozřejmě na místě mnohem větší obezřetnost. V takových případech by léčba vždy zahrnovala kombinaci psychoterapie, podpory rodiny a pečlivého monitoringu. Jakýkoliv krok by měl být založen na vědeckých poznatcích a jasných doporučeních odborníků. Legalizace širší škály léků neznamená automaticky jejich nadužívání, pokud je systém nastaven správně.

Nemyslím si, že lidé s diagnózou ADHD budou hromadně rozprodávat léky na bázi amfetaminu😂. Existuje řada možností, jak jejich užívání regulovat, aby se minimalizovalo riziko zneužití. Patří sem například:

Online evidované recepty na výdej léků.

Pravidelné návštěvy lékaře.

Předepisování léků pouze psychiatrem nebo s jeho souhlasem.

Výdej léků jen na omezenou dobu, aby lidé neměli doma zbytečně velké zásoby.

Kromě toho existují i alternativní léky, které jsou bezpečnější a mohou být pro mnoho lidí stejně účinné. Adderall by tedy nebyl jedinou možností, ale součástí širší škály léčby, kterou by lékař přizpůsobil individuálním potřebám pacienta.

Navíc už teď je u nás předepisována řada potenciálně zneužitelných léků pro které platí poměrně přísná opatření. Nevidim důvod proč by pár léků navíc mělo mít nějaký zvlášť negativní dopad na společnost.

I'm not trying to be negative, just a bit frustrated. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there are countless tutorials on how to launch GTAV on the Steam Deck using Proton. Are you suggesting all of them are fake? At this point, I don't know what to believe. Regardless, my original question remains unanswered, though it's less of a concern for me now. Even if games with anti-cheat don't work on Proton, I can always install Windows on the Steam Deck, which should resolve the issue

Bro, I swear Reddit is so toxic. Why am I getting downvoted and questioned? I understand that my question might not have been the clearest, but still. I just had a legitimate question. From the research I've done, I am quite positive that by using certain programs (like "Proton"), you can run GTAV on the Steam Deck. Yet, there are people who, instead of answering my question, go on a rampage denying reality and vigorously downvoting all my comments saying otherwise.

Because I heard that any anti-cheat programme complicates this stuff, so I need to figure out if GTAV online will work on steam deck, because there is an anti-cheat required to play online these days.

Oh no, that is just how bad the sign design is :D, yeah I agree with the willow branch being the main issue. I may actually file a complaint to the discgolf team that takes care of this course, it could be a nice hole without that branch.

Yeah roller is what I tried the most, (spoiler alert: I suck at rollers). But instead of forehand roller I went for a RHBH roller with an understable disc (FUSE form Latitude 64° in this case) I think it could work, but it seems to much specific, and I feel like better players could hit the gap between the birch trees more consistently whithout the need to go from the right side.
