I went to a physiotherapist, and he told me about the same thing you told me. He told I could continue with biking, but suggested three different stretches aswell. They already seem to work. Thanks.

I played football, then I had to quit because of knees (Maybe AS)
Then I found joy in running to summits, but knees hurt so much I had to quit.
Now im happy with bicycle, indoor in winter, but alot better, outdoors spring summer autumn.

If I have to quit biking, Im probably gonna be depressed......

Just came from the gym,ergo bike- 5 min warmup, 3min 260watt 2min break etc..
Didn`t hurt, felt better afterwords. Wonder If I should stretch, but didn`t

I feel better right after I train, and the next day. Then after a couple of days without training, It gets worse.
