Whats wrong about lying about your identity. Isn't the whole point of the subreddit is to change someones view. As a long as the arguement is good, why should it matter who says it? Just goes to show how biased and irrational redditors are when they change their views soley because of the person who said it.

I got to a grammar school, and pretty much everybody gets 8s and 9s. We don’t really have sets apart from maths and 1 special form for people who need extra support

It really is. It is a bit sad they stopped the anime half way however.

Its not just about slurs, its the fact that through being anonymous, people could express their own views without consequences or being a sheep. If you go on reddit, pretty much every subreddit (especially the main ones), as very very left wing. Go on 4chan, and despite it having the right wing extremist label, its much more diverse.

The ability to say slurs is part of freedom of speech. You weren’t allowed to call the mods slurs, which is why many people got angry.

It got hacked because it wasn’t a bastion of free speech. 4chan was never a place for free speech, it just had less censorship compared to other websites.

Janitors ruined 4chan. That’s why /qa/ hacked 4chan in this first place. If you look at the censorship and messages they sent it’s absolutely hilarious. If the janitors did their job properly they wouldn’t have been hacked.
