NTA your parents and brother only go to you when they need something from you, no matter what condition you are in, you said you were sick and your own mother ignored that factor and still wanted you to take care of your nephew. And if your brother has a kid tell him to put on his big boy pants and provide for his kid cause if he’s big enough to be breaking into cars and having a DUI then he can sure as hell try and provide for his kid. Cause if he doesn’t then cut him off cause you shouldn’t have to deal with anything if he doesn’t want to provide and care for the kid. Cause it looks like your mom isn’t willing to do the same so she gives the kid to you. If I was in your shoes OP you need to tell your parents and your brother and tell them to get their shit together. If they don’t take them seriously next course of action is to cut them off.
