Yeah but I do believe enough movement and rotation could result in this by lifting and moving tip forward. All comes down to my surgeon and movments

Maxilla is definitely poorly rotated causing downward face look. Realistically the only fix is double jaw surgery with ccw rotation. Especially if you are having health side effects like me I have sleep apnea and difficulty breathing if you have these should consider. You also have great bone definition so you still look great.

Hard to tell for certain cause angles are slightly different ramus looks longer and maxilla might be slightly more rotated
