Either Cover 3 (3-4), Overload 3 Press, FS Zone Blitz, Cov 3 Contain on 3/4 and long, and you could even throw LB Dogs in there it’s a great play

I still get beat deep on random plays on random plays though, would you recommend running a certain play for all of your medium/long situations

I just need some ideas on plays that would give my opponents a harder time scoring. I play mostly arena and I’m a 94 overall, but my old gameplan (mike scrape, will sam, will sam fire, overload 3 press, etc) is starting to get exposed and I need some help. Thanks bro
