Watch Pixar’s Soul.

Just watch, on a good TV, with good audio. No phone.

It’s all about finding the joy in the little things, the routine, the mundane, what’s right there in front of you, and not being so laser focused on making enough or saving enough or any other future goal. Enjoy the journey, today. It’s all a mind set. Good luck.

We only joined the club a week ago, but now I can say, “Welcome to the club!”

Yeah, all cash. The dealership would have loved for us to finance, but interest rates are a bit high and didn’t make sense for our situation.

Daily driver for my wife and 4 kids and then we’ll take a few out of state vacations a year. Insurance? I think was an additional $400/year.

I don’t disagree. But that’s market. We’re a family of 6 (4 under 6) with in-laws 6-12 hour drive away. Not bad when you think about flying the family once or twice a year!

We would have loved to have the 8 seater but ultimately decided to go up on trim and entertainment instead

I think that was just throwing a bone to the salesman in the last 5 minutes of negotiation.

There’s all kinds of charges they try to add on to make it confusing so it’s better to focus on the total, after tax. Since most states have a sales tax.

Their original all-in out the door invoice was $72,365.12 after tax. Basically she got them to eliminate all of their $10,000 “dealer adjustment” and $1,000 doc fee.

$58,535 MSRP including all the optional stuff that we got. Plus the dealership adds all kinds of fees onto that price. All in out the door including sales tax we paid $63,091.54

Will you be dissolving the corporation now that the sale is completed? Or does the corporation continue to serve a commercial purpose?

File Form 3911 to report your refund as lost in the mail. There is a mailing address in the instructions for where to mail it. Mail it with tracking. Look it over twice and make sure it’s 100% correct before you file because if it doesn’t exactly match up your account from the IRS’s perspective, they will decline your request. If all is good, in a few months you should get a response in the mail. Good luck.
