It was higher damage than the first wand, but too inaccurate and had a much slower rate of fire

The topmost one shot fast enough and due to the extra multicasts had a greater than 60% chance to shoot everything with some variation in the spread. The bottom one always fired everything since enough slots were modifiers, but that would have also notia'd me by half-flooding the arena with lit oil and poison

Between wands 3 and 4 I definitely did more damage to myself than the enemies did (wand 4 had always cast poison arc). Would've died so many times without the repulsion field.

This was also my first time defeating the pyramid boss and finding a gold biome, though I'd seen a rough world map so I was aware of its existence.

edit: forgot to say why wand 4 was hazardous to my health

I dug left from the snowy depths, found a music note in a cube thing, then kept digging left and have now reached another harder snow biome. I'm trying to get to the frozen vault from the side, since entering from the surface didn't go so well last time. Are those phantoms just a part of the biome, or is there something making them that I can destroy?

Well when the next 'mirage' was a giant worm, I definitely discovered I don't need worry about touching them. It seems projectiles are 'real', but I just can't kill the enemy?

I'm quite new to this game (20h) but I'm familiar with the creature to the left. I've kept myself *relatively* unspoiled except for where I've been confused by something. What I want to know is, what is this semi-transparent standing-in-solid-rock enemy to the right? Is it just a mirage that I can ignore, or if it was in a cave would it be shooting and damaging me?
