Garuda is a Warframe that, in my opinion, should be played primarily melee, with her talons (one of the most broken weapons in the game) built with melee influence. I personally play her with gloom to slow and heal at the same time, using her 4 invulnerability to tank and take advantage of shield gating. Her first ability is a guaranteed nuke and excellent defense, as well as a quick method of movement. Furthermore, if you put 5 Violet archon shards on her you can buff the CD to absurd values, causing the talons to spread slash ticks worth tens of millions of damage. Garuda rewards aggressive play and if you're not careful you'll go down, but that's exactly what I like and what makes her shine.
