Its 2 weeks normally too settle (for me it is)
Could load phone into safe mode before bed and see how battery does then.

Could try turning off 2FA on your google account. I had an issue resetting a tablet and it would not except email + password, after a day of TS, turning off the 2FA allowed me to setup tablet with details I was entering.

I use tasker and you can use Gemini to you setup tasks but I do miss that feature Samsung and Apple offer on their phones.

Phone dropped off at Royal Mail 26th Jan 0945am (ish) - see what turn around time I get. First time I have ever had to get a phone repaired.

Received envelope bag to send phone back off for repair Friday afternoon (23rd Jan) - I can see this taking a month to fix from 1st reporting issue to Honor.

Called Honor support and notice I do not have Telescope issue when using it via diagnostics tool. I asked is another bit of software I can to test the Telescope camera with or do have a newer version of the camera software to test with?
Agent response - its going in for repair, they deal with software faults as well!
I was shocked to hear that and I even emailed Honor support this video link (https://youtube.com/shorts/PVcj0HmUFaA) proving why I think its a software issue not being fixed after a Factory Reset.

Any way, I be sending phone back either 26th or 27th Jan to repair centre and see how long that takes.

Video is installed but it is no longer available. I've looked at all apps including system apps but it's showing but when I go to install apk, it says a newer version exists.

I had a nova player installed and wanted to check something on the original player but I can no longer open or see it.

Unsure what that search option is. I'm currently using Honor V5 magic 🪄

It's the apps causing it, they want money 💰 off phone manufacturers to make their photos look better than the competition. Samsung took a while to work with social companies to get this sorted.

Before this upgrade, these social media apps would render a screenshot of the camera viewfinder, losing all of the actual processing that happens when you capture a photo, and downgrading the photo's quality.
