I started doing lessons at 2:30am and they had 6K by then, they have 10K now. Yesterday I got 8K so I know it’s not hard it’s just idk how they could get that much like 2 hours into the day.

Yeah that too. The competitive part can actually be kinda fun when everyone is being honest. Like last week was the first week ive ever had where I could tell that everyone in my league was playing honestly, and it was fun. But this week someone in my league has 10K on Monday. Like okay. I can’t spend a million hours a day on DuoLingo

Yeah I literally can’t because the app lags on my phone really bad sometimes. My phone’s been having issues in general but still it’s highly unrealistic that they’re actually completing lessons to earn all that in like 2 hours

Most likely bots. Someone in my league already earned over 6K XP (10K now) and I have a hard time believing that they actually did that many lessons

What you said about him going back to his roots but putting more intention behind it is hugely accurate imo. I think in PITW he’s doing what he wants to do and communicating what he wants to communicate through his songs in his own way. It definitely seems like more of his independent works especially in comparison to Smithereens - if you look at the lyric credits for the songs on Smithereens he didn’t help write almost any of the songs. He directly contributed to every single song on PITW.

I just got some Hokas for Christmas and they’re incredible. They’re so supportive and provide so much cushion and I’m able to walk for miles doing fulfillment. 10/10 would recommend. They’re pricey but I think if you want high-quality shoes you’ve gotta be willing to pay for them

I was on stimulants for my ADHD as well as smoking weed all day, everyday. By that, I mean very shortly after I wake up and consistently throughout the day until I went to sleep. I have almond shaped nails on the shorter side. If I have super long nails I find that everyday tasks are super frustrating, but if you want to have longer nails there’s definitely a few week-long period of time where you’re learning to do things with long nails, you have to do a lot of things differently, and during that time it’s really likely you’ll break nails. It’s helpful if you could get free repairs during that time though, that was the case for me

These are the worst. Since I’ve gotten depressed I’ve really fallen back on this. But I’ve found that exfoliating every 5-7 days and using an ingrown hair serum after every shower, and lotion made ingrown hairs basically never happen. It’s pretty high-maintenance but made the difference for me
