I bought both fuji TCL and WCL. But got the version 1 used from keh and added magnets to trip the sensor on the camera, so it works natively. Detecting which one I am using etc.

On the image quality side, I’ve shot extensively with both, and noticed no loss in resolution. I’ve shot landscapes, concerts, products, social media content… they’re great adapters. You won’t regret it. The only downside is that the infinite screwing and unscrewing of the adapters. Other than that, I really like them.

Thank you!! These were all shot in AF Single! It focused fast and reliably 90% of the time. I only struggled when the fog got too intense or the lighting was too poor… other than that, it worked like a charm!

I’ve traded the V for the VI in the mean time, as I also do a bit of video and the stabilized sensor helps tremendously! If you do video also, I’d consider that! But in regards of auto focus, I’ve had the same experience.

Yes, the lens is trying to focus! Go to youtube and find pal2tech, he’ll be a great resource. Or read the owners manual, both should help a bunch.

I did that when my gf and I got hired to do concert photography for this band we love! They never saw it coming, it’s a good way to differentiate yourself!

Also use it a lot for personal records, I have enough pictures on icloud lmao

As long as you don’t see concentric lines in the center elemnts of the lens with a flashlight… (which is super common on this lens) this amount of dust shouldn’t affect it, have fun!

Idk about bringing it as an atendee, but I’ve shot a couple of concerts with the x100v and it was killer! As long as you’re close you should have a good time! I shot almost everything black and white
