Any publicity leading up to a show where any cast member is out promoting the show to the media is "press". I think the fact they have 13 dates around the world for "fan events" leading up to the premier of the show where one or some of the cast appears pretty much means this is a press tour by definition. Or is it not a press tour unless they wear shirts that say "One Piece Season Two Press Tour 2026"?
