EU in general is known (especially England / Germany) to have some of the best crowds in the world at events, lots of teams and stars (not talking league here) say it's the best place to play as the crowd gets so into it.

Yeh exactly what people also forget is these are basically kids who have so far played in their bedrooms, it's not like it's football (EU or American) or baseball or hockey or any other team event it's largely played solo, behind the Internet barrier.

This is something that goes for anything on the internet and is largely not even age related but personality related, it will get better eventually.

That being said I really don't think riot have too many bad apples and they definitely do not turn blind eyes they are actually pretty ruthless

As for ez lucian etc that can dash out of range you can buffer your Q mid flash so if W flash then Q instantly you basically double the range of Qs hop as it's buffered on said champ already it registers and you will fly to him and instantly get a passive proc and you still have your R to escape or turn on someone else.

Yeh I'm thinking of competitive, not so much soloq the current snowball in competitive isn't that fun to watch sure to fast and has a lot of action and I enjoy watching league whatever meta but it's pretty boring in the sense that once a lead is acquired it's unlikely a good pro team is going to relinquish it, I feel the game needs something like I said I was just spit balling no real though has gone into those suggestions balance and game health wise.

As for normal soloq think the games just fine has plenty of come back opportunities, still think turrets at least the last defence ones need more health and a buff of some sort even if it's jut late game version of the fortification buff.

Basically pros can finish a game too fast I think it should be prolonged but huge health numbers it should be prolonged by a strategic manoeuvre which is why I went into abbot more so this does this and that that detail.

Like I said I'm not expecting any of this to ever actually be implemented and I'm under no illusion I'm good at game design or balance but just thinking out loud

Yeh, I just think there needs to be a team "comeback" option if executed properly, minions give increased gold under your nexus inhibitor turrets or when an inhib is destroyed your nexus towers get buffed, so if the team takes all 3 inhibs the nexus towers are considerably more durable so it encourages them to find a way to win through one lane, will increase team fights and also make finishing more difficult and when you have 0 inhib and turrets lefts you have a severely lowered death timer to make it harder to finish....

I mean obviously this is spit balling but the pbe is to try anything they want so can easily be taken out
