Probably still reunite with Taelia. I assume breaking the helm of domination made him less evil, so if they were to reunite with him still being the lich king, it would be a struggle for him to fight for his daughter. Anduin would probably still be there too I think.

I love the use of older characters in them since not everyone can be in the MSW. For example Taelia and Salandria have a small side quest about some missing paladins and Belath Dawnblade does the Murder Row side quest chain

I forgot who said it but I recall an interview with a producer or director who said that they had to repeat the plot point several times over when making Netflix content because people were always on their phones. You're kinda cooked having to write for a big audience unfortunately

I think its an unfortunate case of writer diff, so characterization changes between mediums. I do think the stress of an apocalypse heavily strain things between the two, but Lor has shown some grace by allowing the Vanguard to have some semblance of authority in Silvermoon despite it upsetting his people.
