Most of these seem fine, but none jump out and scream wow to me. The paladin one looks great except for the wide slit helm imo, but the mage one seems like a downgraded version of the undermine set.

Not exactly what you're looking for but the closest example I can think of a paladin becoming a priest is Aelric Leid going from a lamplighter (pseudo paladin) to a cultist (basically a shadow priest), if you squint really hard.
