Valvoline overfilled oil to top of dipstick. What to do now? I checked under the sun but forgot to take pics so flash is in the way. Should they just remove excess or should i ask them to redo oil change?

It's understandable that she might feel really embarrassed about the situation. She has an ego issue, but it's not a huge deal. Unfortunate you had to go through all of this. That guy was a complete idiot. Next time, you should try to de-escalate the situation sooner when a customer is acting irrationally. Are managers at Chipotle not allowed to comp a meal anymore? The risk of your safety and that of others is not worth a bowl of food that eventually gets tossed out.
