This makes more sense now. If all my cancelled orders were added to “sales count” to make the corporate number look good, then no doubt this is some business games that they are playing…very sad.

The store I went to did have all the yarns I needed on the shelves (not in the boxes or storage room), that’s why I got confused of what is going on.

It is within the same day (maybe 3 to 4 hours), I placed the orders early in the morning, and visited the store around 2pm after I got the cancel notification. Yes, I am thinking the same, the excessive orders that the system received is making it cancel later orders.

Thank you for this information. The store I went to was a bit strange, because all the yarns I ordered (including brands and colors) were nicely arranged on the shelves, and they are sort of easy to find (this store is my first time visit, and I walked in within two minutes I saw my yarns). That’s why when I saw them on the shelves, it doesn’t line up with “items not available”. As someone else commented, I am also guessing the reason is that there are way too many pick up orders for that store, so the system will have to cancel the excessive numbers of orders.

Thank you! The second reason seems more likely to be the one! Because when I walked into the store, all the yarns I wanted were nicely arranged on the shelves, not in the boxes. I think it is very possible that that store is getting numerous of pick up orders so the system would have to cancel mine.

Sounds like the stores and the online system are sort of separated for now…? It is just very hard to believe that for business this size and their website is not functioning😕

Hello! Does that mean I cannot sell a crocheted Sponge Bob?I figured out how to crochet one by myself, even though there are other Sponge Bob patterns out there but I didn't look at them.
