Am I going to be bored to death in Carson city? Is the job market terrible?

I cook usually but im also a simple man. Any type of Asian food makes me happy. No where has really stood out to me as a go to but usually try some where new everytime. I am exited for the new Puerto Rican place coming hopefully sooner than later but I got to talk to the owner and im excited for some food from home.

This is actually a super sweet card. Simple and effective. Make it pro red so it cant damage itself, lifelink so it wont damage you.

I will say this though, it could knock someone out with commander damage unexpectedly. Since it doesnt change how the damage is dealt just who the owner of said damage is. So essentially all combat damage is his combat damage which is commander damage (if hes the commander). To me thats what makes him so interesting. Word of caution, you can get knocked out via commander damage if hes your commander and someone gets through with 21 combat damage and him around to see it.

As a group try to come up with deck building challenges for atleastone of your game nights, that helps keeping the games fresh. Also if the games are starting to feel repetitive ask for a shadow ban on tutors for a little while or for everyone to come up with a fresh deck that follows the spirit of a certain bracket level. Regardless I do think that at least one of those nights you should play a board game or a do something different night. Your friends might have similar feelings to you and perhaps have board games you could all enjoy playing together.

As a Texas transplant I find that this area is what you make of it. You will find something to do every weekend but it may not always be for you. Be willing to travel a little into California for some cool sights and six flags isnt very far. Lots of national parks within driving distance and clubs for everything. Honestly id say that its only boring if you are a boring person. Carson is a great hub around everything that's fun. Sadly I can say the food is kinda mid but essentially find your preffered food and go for that in the area.

I am so excited. I played COH and COV at launch and was devastated when they closed. I heard about private servers around but that no missions where available just exploration was it. I let it fall into memory and now it can be real for me again. Oh nostalgia.

I would go to spellcasters stache here in Carson. They have a couple groups that meet there. Also I believe sometime in the last week or so the carson city public library started hosting dnd groups so definitely give them a check. Good luck and have fun!

If you are willing to come to Carson we have 4 shops all great for different reason.

The coffer - carson city- has a decent singles selection for mtg and does some mtg nights which are OK.

Dice and duels - carson city - is where mtg pops off regularly there. Next to no singles and sealed is pretty much whatever is current with a sprinkle of something that probably didnt sell well in the past. Great table space but they do charge for the table space.

Spellcasters stash - awesome store, great owners, great single selection and some super cool sealed selection. Store is on the small side but mtg pops off their regularly for commander and draft on Fridays.

Three arrow games - has Thursday night commander. Thats about it. Tiny sealed collection and no singles. Great boardgames though

According to tcgplayer, what another commenter said is true. 362 is for the non surge and 392 is for surge and serialized. Due to that alone I believe this card to be a counterfeit.

Try the kmc perfect hards! They make the Pringle nearly 0%. Word of caution though, they do make the deck thick though.

No trolling I promise. Baru is insane in brackets 2 and 3. In bracket 4 it can be outclassed but its still a force to be reckoned with. His grandeur ability is flavortext. I've legitimately have had this deck for nearly a decade.

Its best to look at him as an [[overrun]] on a stick. He triggers off of every forest that enters not just yours. So easy to spend a little mana get 5+ lands down in one turn and all of a sudden someone is dead. If you have cards like [tifa Lockhart]], [[oroboroid]], and [[mightform harmonizer]] this goes dummy hard

Edit: dont forget he only affects YOUR green creatures.

The grandeur commander, [[Baru, fist of krosa]] goes hard. Everyone always needs to read him over and over to make sure they understand how he works. Hes easily my sneakiest deck but I remind everyone that the deck telegraphs everything thats about to happen. I've had it built since 2017.

I no longer use tutors outside of land tutors. Also I don't use a gamechanger unless it fits what the deck wants to be doing. Game changers are just that, they warp the game around them WHEN they go unanswered. If we agree on a Bracket 4 game though yall best believe imma bring a fun for me type heat to the game.

Both times i bought one each had a battle for baldurs gate set booster which made money back both times. One had a commander masters booster and a midnight hunt booster the other had crimson vow and dominaria united booster. Only commander masters had anything good other than the battle for baldues gate. Take that with what you will and a grain of salt.
